This is a draft policy for the HODD product and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before use in production. It describes, in general terms, what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details (name, email or phone, hashed password), room photos and dimensions you upload, selected design styles, and basic usage data (pages viewed, features used) to improve the product.
How we use it
To generate AI room concepts, produce Vastu-aligned layouts, match you with vendor pricing, and operate your account. We do not sell your personal data.
Room photos
Uploaded room photos are used solely to generate your design concepts and are retained for as long as your account is active, unless you request deletion.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated content at any time by contacting us.
